Mark graduated from the University of Missouri-Kansas City, School of Law in 1995. He has been with the firm since 2001. Mark has represented clients at the trial level as well as before State and Federal Courts of Appeals.

Prior to attending Law School, Mark gained 15 years of practical experience in private business with a focus on the trucking and transportation industry. This practical experience has blended with his legal career to provide him with a unique perspective in representing individuals, business owners and insurance companies in both Missouri and Kansas.
