Molly Brown Bartalos graduated from the University of Missouri School of Law in 2001. Shortly thereafter, she became licensed to practice law in both Missouri and Kansas. She has continued her law practice full time since she became licensed. As Molly has continued to build her practice year after year, she has become a skilled trial attorney litigating a broad range of lawsuits including employment, personal injury, construction and business disputes before Missouri state and federal courts, Kansas state and federal courts, the Missouri Commission of Human Rights, the Kansas Human Rights Commission, the Equal Opportunity Commission, and Administrative Law Judges. In addition to her litigation practice, Molly has developed strong relationships with her clients and has assisted them in transactional, corporate and business matters, such as the review and drafting of employment contracts, employment manuals and policies, severance agreements, non-compete and non-solicitation agreements, construction contracts, asset purchase agreements, service agreements, leases, articles of incorporation and articles of organization, bylaws, and operating agreements. Molly enjoys building relationships with her clients and assisting them with any of their legal needs over time.

Molly has been named both “Best of the Bar” by the Kansas City Business Journal and a Missouri and Kansas “Super Lawyer” by Law and Politics every year since 2009. She is also a 2010 graduate of the Kansas City Metropolitan Bar Association Leadership Academy and has served on the Board of the Association for Women Lawyers of Kansas City, of which she is a member.
